Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity teamed up with CMPSE to create an innovative digital member experience for its undergraduate and alumni members. The solution was developed as a mobile application and web application based engagement platform that gives the organization’s members full access to all membership benefits.
Designing a one-fits-all product.
Lambda Chi Alpha hired CMPSE to solve for the organization’s most critical challenge – the disengagement of its member base. Member engagement, in particular within the alumni base, has been decreasing and the organization needed help with reinventing its member experience in order to create a positive shift.
A proprietary member engagement platform.
CMPSE created a framework for Lambda Chi Alpha’s leadership which allowed them to reimagine the membership experience and the value that can be created for members through a digital product.
The engagement platform was designed and developed to serve members of all different stages and had all of the organization’s resources and offerings integrated into it, including its proprietary LMS coursework.
CMPSE designed, developed and deployed the product’s first version within four months.
